If you know the dates that you would like to stay you can get an instant online quote and proceed to make a booking request by using the booking calendar above.

Enter your dates and the number of people then press 'continue' for an instant quote - at this point you will see any available 'extras' and any DISCOUNTS based on the dates you entered. You will then be able to make a booking online and  once you have made a booking request you'll receive an email from us within 2 days  to explain how to pay online by credit or debit card. We can accept the following credit cards:

Please note non UK Credit cards are accepted but payment from your credit card will be in £ Sterling.

Cheque or Bank Transfer

If you do not want to use the automatic system above via credit card then you may follow the following procedure.

Please check the availability and pricing above then complete the booking request form.

Once you have made a booking request you'll receive an email from us within 2 days confirming the availability and pricing. We will reserve the property for 7 days at this point.

To upgrade your reservation to a CONFIRMED BOOKING you must  send a completed booking form and 25% deposit within 7 days. The balance will become due 48 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If booking is within this 48 days the full cost is to be paid at the time of booking.

Euros

Please check the availability above then complete the booking request form here.

Once you have made a booking request you'll receive an email from us within 2 days confirming the availability and pricing in Euros. We will reserve the property for 7 days at this point.

Payment can be made by cheque or direct transfer into our bank account in  Euros. 

Key Booking Conditions

• In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.
• The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 56 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed) 
• You must pay a security deposit of £200.00  56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed).
• Should you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing.  As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay cancellation charges will be payable as stated in the booking conditions.
• It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. Please read your policy details carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
• If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking and clearly note it in the extra information section of the booking form.

Special Booking Conditions

• No Pets
• Smoking not inside the house apart from the balcony.
• Children of all ages need to be supervised on the outside balcony.
• The 3rd bedroom is accessed by a ladder and therefore is not suitable for children under the age of 6.

Welcome Packs can now be ordered and will be waiting for you on arrival. For just £20 we will supply the following items so that you have a few essentials for your first evening, thus saving you the need to stop for shopping en route. Simply fill in the relevant section on the booking form.
